5 new companies for Accenture (Andersen Consulting). They are responsible
for all aspects of human resources including, compensation models,
new performance development models, and recruiting methodologies.
Doug’s 19+ years of experience includes roles with Apple
Computer, Office Depot, Cray Research and Accenture prior to
launching Upstart Solutions. He has had the opportunity to live
and work in areas such as Silicon Valley, Toronto, St. Louis and
Minneapolis throughout his career, and he has traveled around
the globe working with companies in England, Germany, Spain,
Japan, New Zealand and Hong Kong. His experience has included
building human resources and recruiting departments with a
consistent focus on innovation and delivering unexpected value.
